Today is day three of a heatwave here in Rhode Island; a heat dome that stretches from the middle of the country to North Atlantic.
Along with it, ground ozone has made breathing difficult for those with underlying health issues. For everyone under this sweltering mess, please take it easy.
Even the duo have battened down until this stretch breaks in a couple days. If they can do it, so can you.

Stay cool!
Yup! When we did a final renovation to the house a few years ago, we had our oil-burning furnace upgraded to a heat-pump. A perk was that the heat-pump is also serving as whole house AC and dehumidifier. No more having to run from room with window unit to room with window unit to stay cool. LOVE IT! Thermostat set to 71; the entire house is COMFY and DRY.
It has hit you??? I didn't think it would make it to the East Coast. Hang in there, cooler days are coming.
Thursday! Back to the 70's! Grass has gone crunchy...
Im staying cool here....just wearing a jock strap today. I don't know why they didn't appreciate it more at work?

Fortunately, here in the NW, we're still in the upper 70s to lower 80s.
