I haven't heard a thing about the State of the Union yet. And I haven't had the TV on yet either.
I watched the recording of Colbert this morning (he was live after the SOTU). It was as bad as you can imagine.
It would have been impossible for me to watch any of it last night. I have a very sensitive gag reflex(ask my dental hygienist and no wisecracks from anyone with oral fixations) and I just had the carpets shampooed. Seriously, opted in to my Senator's alternate SOTU because she knows the score and was not present at the shitshow and lie-fest and will report on what she did hear as she watched on TV. I'm happy to see so many alternate gatherings and protests and thanks to Al Green for showing how to not give this demon an easy out.
I actually think his crazy goes much higher than that.
