I'd be surprised if Trump ever eats lettuce. But yeah, it would be hard to tell the difference between an explosive diarrhea attack and one of his regular Truth Social posts.
Sadly, I don't think he allows lettuce on his big macs. But, even more sad, I doubt anyone could tell the difference if he did get explosive shits in his already full diapers - though it would be fun to see them all try to not cover their noses and gag.
...................Oh, sorry, I was hypnotized for a couple minutes watching that black-jocked jiggly butt gyrating in the bar. Need to get that on my screen saver. Is it hot in here or what?
