Evan Hurst at Wonkette posted the entire transcript of Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney's blistering speech at the annual World Economic Forum in Davos. And incredible read, along with the supporting video.
I wholly appreciate his honesty and candor. The next years are going to hurt; America has lost the trust of the democratic societies around the world, thanks to idiots here who vote without conscious or intelligence, and believe the Trump bull shit. Perhaps this is the kick in the nuts that America needs in order to wake up?
The mid-terms won't fix this, neither will the 2028 general election, but if we can make the effort to clean our house, to get the US back in order. To make it impossible for scum like Trump and his enablers to take control, perhaps we can gain a seat at the global table again.

Yes, I listened to Carney's full Davos speech yesterday. I agree with everything he said and every strategy he outlined for middle powers to adopt. Canada, Europe, and the free world still need to prepare for pain, though. I hope everyone is up for it.
By the way, that first meme with the quotation about the voters of Wisconsin? Carney did not say that. It the French European Minister, according to paragraph 3 of the Wonkette article you linked to in your post.
