Yep. But the key is to not get started with online gambling.
I hava a spouse who would enjoy online gambling. There are very few things I’ve put my foot down about. That is a major one
I know couples who love to go to the local casino's, and probably live for the mobile betting parlors. Thankfully, neither I nor my husband are big into that. We joke when we DO plan to go into a casino, that the $20 we allotted to gambling lasted less that 60 seconds. I hate the commercials that they play; "Look! It's so EASY to WIN!!!!" with happy people showing a screen animation of a winning game and dollar signs. Just parasites. That's all those game are. Parasites.
Gambling in any format is a fool's game, but those online apps are insidious. Leanna is right -- don't ever start with them in the first place, stay far far away.
I have a friend who couldn't stop....sad. Very sad. The entire retirement fund --- hers and the one she inherited --- gone.
Vegas is a bad place to be if you have an addictive personality.
