Say what you want about Zorhan Mamdani, but damn... this is MARVELOUS.

It's not up for discussion, in committee, being considered. No "lets look at all sides of this". No. HE DID IT! Taxing the uber-rich who buy up properties but do not live in them. And Gov. Hokul is on board with it!!!

Way to go, Zorhan! Another recent "promise made good" was him launching city run supermarkets in under-served communities; sites have been selected and construction underway.
