Seems that the "Good Christian" head of the "Department of War" may have gotten drunk with his besties and passed out while watching a Quentin Tarintino movie, and came to believing that the Lord had spoken to him.
Interesting... they panned to some of the service members in the audience who picked up on the "prayer" and seem to be stifling some incredible laughter.

It's a shame that this clown is still in power. Period. Apparently, he forgot that sailors need to eat, too. Much of the fleet deployed are running low on munitions, and the ports for restocking have nothing much to offer. Shoe leather, anyone?
