He's been saying that for a while now. The idea all part of Project 2025: dismantle SSI and privatize it - talk about a Ponzi Scheme. The plan is to Tier the system until it phases out.
I've ignorantly not paid attention to these discussions thinking that when the politicians (both Dem and GOP) say "Social Security will not be at risk!", I stupidly believed them.
