Merriam-Webster names 'slop' as its 2025 word of the year
"The dictionary publisher defined it as “digital content of low quality
that is produced usually in quantity by means of artificial
intelligence” and said it reflected the “absurd videos, off-kilter
advertising images, cheesy propaganda, fake news that looks pretty real,
junky AI-written books” that have invaded people's social media feeds
this year."
Or as, like, ANYONE with half a brain would say, "No shit.". Thank you, Miriam-Webster, though, for putting the lipstick-adorned pig in it's proper light.

I think the Word of the Year should be "Shitshow."
"Slop" is the perfect word for it.
I can't help but Wonder if there's a picture of trump next to the word slop in the dictionary?
Interesting how the definition of slop has been modernized. I agree with whkattk; shitshow would be my pick.
