Good weekend of relaxing, puttering around the yard and snapping some photos.
A welcome guest for morning coffee!
Female hummingbird who visits our deck about
once an hour.
Red Hibiscus; dinner plate sized flowers!
Path to the greenhouse
and garden
Our first pepper!!!
LOTS of green tomatoes.
A tiiiiny cucumber!
Asian pear are doing great!
Another hibiscus; same sized flowers!
Mutzu apple tree is loaded this year!
Discovered the Mutzu 7 or so years ago at a local
apple orchard. The apples, when ready to pick, look
like the green apple that the evil Witch tried to
poison Snow White with. Just gigantic! Akin to Granny Smith,
one apple made a whole tart!
We have a bounty of peaches this season, too!
Another week and we can start picking.
One of our neighborhood hawks on patrol.
One of my plumeria plants in bloom
Got tired of the chatting with
the neighbor...
Goldie on his throne.
Until the next share!
Onward,

I loved looking at all your photos, especially the beautiful hibiscus flowers and Goldie!
Beautiful... It's far too hot and dry here for any of that.
He's become the King of the roost.
An envious garden, enjoyed for its beauty and abundance of its bounty. Congrats on the work you've done and the results of those efforts. Enjoy.
Beautiful and uplifting. Maybe not the neighbor in the chipper but depending on the neighbor, that could work.
BEST. WEDDING. PRESENT. EVER!
I'm guessing you do a lot of canning?
