Morning Coffee Roundup - March 1

Two shout-outs to two incredible bloggers whose posts this morning are both incredibly insightful and inspirational.

  • Infidel753 superbly laid out all everything essential to know about the attack on Iran.

I don't know about you folks, but seeing that blathering toddler in his white USA hat sitting in his Mar-a-Lago ballroom / command post just sent chills down my spine.  Watching the related news stories did nothing to instill any sense of... appropriateness... to the actions taken.  Infidel offered an excellent summary of the offenses taken, who were the targets, who are our allies, who took the initiatives.  Our politics will hopefully sort themselves out, but I am feeling... less stressed... about this matter.

Posts will be bi-monthly; today's entry was a great post about Margaret W. Rossiter (1944-2025) Her books inspired programs and policies which ensure that today’s women in STEM are properly credited, published, and remembered.

Both great reads over a cup of coffee!!

Onward,
Rade

Thanks for the recommendation. That post was actually put up yesterday morning, though I updated it through the day -- the Middle East is my area of specialization, so I've been strongly focused on the news ever since this started. I'll probably have another post up later this morning.
